Our line of adjustable manual carton sealers are the most diverse line of solutions for in-line taping applications. From cartons only 0.5″ high on up to 50″ high. Whether sealing 200 cartons a day or thousands per day, our line of manual adjustable taping machines has the solution. These machines are perfect for those needing a solution with an operator to feed and fold the flaps of the carton before entering the machine.

The MSD Semi-Automatic Uniform Carton Sealer is our most popular top of the line operator-fed and adjustable carton sealing machine, designed to cater to the needs of light-to-heavy duty uniform carton closure applications.

All systems incorporate our exclusive pop out pressure sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with patented tab adjustment, and the dual (telescopic) masts allow for an extra 4” carton height extension on the upper assembly.

The MBD Series are operator-fed, adjustable, carton sealing machines designed to cater to the needs of light to heavy duty, uniform carton closure applications.

The two bottom belts are driven by one bottom drive electric 110V UL approved motor. The MBD series are also designed with four adjustable legs for quick easy height adjustment to production lines.

All systems incorporate our exclusive pop out pressure sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with patented tab adjustment.

These operator-free, carton-sealing machines are designed to meet the needs of uniform in-line carton closure applications.

The units are four belt driven (two side belts and two top belts), driven by three electric 110V UL approved motors. The four belts allow for more stability and the sealing of more rugged applications. The AQ series carton sealers are designed with a four column support structure.

These units use 45-60 PSI and 4-5 CFM of air.
